Strong Product, Untapped Growth Levers

1 Conversion had room to run. Approved-to-paid conversion sat at 40%, and a wave of beta trials were approaching their conversion deadline with no structured nurture sequence to guide them.
2 Pricing and packaging needed a rethink. Free trials and monthly billing created a low-commitment entry point that contributed to early churn, with cost perception as the leading cancellation factor.
3 Content and marketing infrastructure was early. A sizable newsletter audience existed, but there were no content pillars, editorial calendar, or system connecting content to applications.
